Description:

AREA PROCESS MANAGER - PAPER



This position reports to the Paper Machine Superintendent and assists

with managing the day to day operation of a paper machine.



RESPONSIBILITIES:



Provide leadership in a goals-oriented environment to deliver target

results in the areas of safety, environmental, quality, productivity,

employee engagement, and reliability excellence. Manage the performance

and development of salaried and hourly members by setting clear

expectations and standards of performance through effective one to ones.



QUALIFICATIONS:



Degree Preferred. B.S. degree in Engineering or related field is

preferred. 5 to 10 years experience in manufacturing, preferable in

Paper Machine Operations. Prefer candidate who has completed First Line

Leader modules and certification.
