Description:
This position reports into Saalfeld Redistribution and supports
customers in the Northern Illinois area.
Maintain accounts in geographical area.
Increase and grow the business by making sales contacts, researching
customer needs and developing application of products and services for
the assigned geographical area.
Follow-up on sales leads and make cold calls on potential customers.
Make regular sales calls to develop and maintain customer
relationships.
Develop and deliver sales presentations and close sales in a
professional and effective manner.
Develop key account plans for customers on products and services
through research. Develop and maintain long and short range sales and
marketing plans.
Determine customer satisfaction with products and services and resolve
any problems that may arise.
Identify sales opportunities and recommend solutions to the customer.
Meet established sales quotas and revenue goals.
Analyze business conditions by monitoring monthly sales data and
maintaining an up-to-date awareness of strategic plans and procedures.
Fulfill administrative requirements from the home office and attend
meetings as required at the home office.
Being able to travel up to 50% of the time.
Other duties as assigned.
