• Load pre-build staged pallets onto delivery trailers for

delivery using sit-down forklifts

• Load trailers in a safe fashion, strapping, blocking and

wrapping pallets as needed.

• Complete paperwork correctly, including hazardous materials

documents, label orders if needed.

• Maintain accuracy when loading trailers.

• Re-build pallets if needed to maintain integrity of the load.

• Consolidate several orders to one pallet to make load fit on

trailer. Some hand stacking may be involved.

• Responsible for adhering to all safety policies and procedures.

• Maintain clean warehouse and material handling equipment.

• Customer focused organizational skills, written &amp; verbal

communication, ethics &amp; integrity, approachable, engaged and safety

oriented. Good math skills.

• Minimum HS diploma or equivalent required.

Description:



Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor



Responsible for supervising the mechanical maintenance, repair and

rebuild of equipment to achieve high reliability and minimize repair

costs. The supervisor will provide front line direction to a team of

highly skilled mechanics who will be engaged in areas throughout the

mill. The crew that this individual will supervise will set the

standard for precision work and retain the knowledge of these repair

procedures for Mansfield equipment.



Mechanical Supervisors:



• Must ensure their team works safely in an industrial

environment, and consistently demonstrate model safety behavior

• Minimize mill dependence on outside contractors for mechanical

maintenance needs

• Maximize team impact by focusing on precision work and avoid

rework

• Coach and manage employees to be in complete support/compliance

with Reliability efforts, through adherence to Work Management Systems,

Precision Maintenance practices &amp; standards, Root Cause Analysis &amp;

Equipment Condition &amp; Monitoring practices

• Communicate and implement fundamental maintenance standards and

expectations, audit frequently for sustainability and consistency, and

give constructive feedback and correct behaviors when needed

• Establish efficiency benchmarks for repair downtime



Qualifications:



H.S. Diploma or GED, along with 7 years of mechanical maintenance

experience. At least 3 to 5 years experience in a manufacturing

maintenance leadership role is preferred. The successful candidate will

possess substantial knowledge of and experience with maintaining

rotating equipment including pumps and gearboxes, welding and cutting

metals, heavy rigging, pipefitting, and repair/troubleshooting of

hydraulic systems.

Lubrication &amp; Central Shops Supervisor



This supervisor reports to the Maintenance Reliability Leader and will

supervising 20 employees in the lubrication, rebuild, hydraulic, and

machine shops to achieve high reliability and minimize repair costs.

The Lubrication &amp; Central Shops Supervisor must:



• Ensure their team works safely in an industrial environment,

usage, review lube reports for cleanliness targets and water, and ensure

that training is in place for crews.
