We are currently seeking motivated maintenance mechanics to join a progressive and success driven team in our converting plant in Visalia, CA. This position will utilize both excellent mechanical skills and knowledge and electrical/electronic skills and knowledge in our fast paced, continuous process manufacturing environment to achieve machine uptime metrics. Additional duties include working positively with maintenance and operations teams to troubleshoot and solve problems. The position will be engaged in preventative maintenance processes in assigned areas. Job Requirements: . Excellent mechanical skills and knowledge (pneumatics, hydraulics, bearings, power transmission, lubrication . Electrical/electronic skills (PLC, A/C, D/C motors and drives, schematics) . High School Diploma or GED . 3 or more years of successful mechanical and electrical/electronic troubleshooting and repair experience in a manufacturing facility. . On-the-job success in safety, attendance, and quality of work expected . Willing and able to work second or third shifts, call-ins, overtime as there is a constant demand for overtime in the maintenance department .
