Position is responsible for\n\ndirecting and leading the department in the areas of safety, quality,\n\nproductivity, and engagement to achieve superior results. The position\n\nreports into the Site Manager\n\n\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nSupervisor is responsible for safety training, accident investigation,\n\nmanaging work schedules, one on one counseling and coaching employees to\n\naccomplish team goals.
