Position is responsible for directing and leading the department in the areas of safety, quality, productivity, and engagement to achieve superior results. The position reports into the Site Manager Responsibilities: Supervisor is responsible for safety training, accident investigation, managing work schedules, one on one counseling and coaching employees to accomplish team goals. Ensure that quality expectations are followed and met Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. • Three plus years of previous supervisory experience in an industrial setting • Corrugated industry knowledge and technical skills are required. • Demonstrate competence to work with minimum supervision. • Build an effective team to support continuous improvement. • Effectively work with all levels in workforce • Proven strong leadership skills, able to motivate team to exceed • expectations • Strong communication, planning and organization skills.
