I. BASIC PURPOSE:
Develop a facility supply program by working with sales
professionals to grow facility supply sales at existing accounts.
Cultivate and develop new accounts with facility supply needs.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Improve the quality and profitability of accounts by making
sales calls and ensuring retention and development of key accounts with
sales team.
2. Reinforce DPS/APS principles.
3. Be proficient in the use and implementation of technological
tools in accounts; lead the sales representatives in gaining proficiency
in the use of the technological tools.
4. Develop and maintain mill relationships through goal setting
and sales calls.
5. Help ensure productive relationships with the core vendors.
6. Support all company policies and promote a positive work
environment.
7. Fulfill reporting and administrative duties as required.
8. Sell and Promote products and value-added services to meet or
exceed short term and long term goals.
9. Education of sales team on new product trends and products.
10. Drives and promotes National Facility Supplies Council
objectives to the division and sales team.
