This position reports into the facility\n\nManufacturing Manager.\n\n\n\nThe Converting Supervisor is responsible for safety training; accident\n\ninvestigation, managing work schedules, one on one counseling, and\n\ncoaching employees to accomplish team goals and corrective actions to\n\naddress problems.\n\n\n\nBachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent experience required. 3 + years in a\n\nsupervisory capacity required.
