This position reports into the facility Manufacturing Manager. The Converting Supervisor is responsible for safety training; accident investigation, managing work schedules, one on one counseling, and coaching employees to accomplish team goals and corrective actions to address problems. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. 3 + years in a supervisory capacity required. Experience in the corrugated or converting industry is preferred, but not required.
