Job Description

  • Assist with information gathering and data analysis associated with income tax compliance, audits and accounting (i.e. workpaper retrieval & compilation, preparation of tax reconciliations)

  • Coordinate data collection for tax projects (i.e. R&D Credit, Sec. 174, Repairs & Maintenance, ITC Credit)

  • Collect and coordinate data to prepare state apportionment and allocation workpapers

  • Prepare routine tax filings

  • Maintain legal entity lists & charts needed for tax compliance and planning

  • Maintain OneSource Tax Provision software and CorpTax Compliance Software (perform system backups, master data, user access, calculate & enter fx rates)

  • Assist with maintenance of SharePoint tax portal

  • Process income tax returns (coordinating signatures, assembly for mailing, & scanning)

  • Coordinate Check Requests, wires in NOPO system, & EFT Payments for state tax filings

  • Coordinate records management compliance including (1) maintaining a digital record of tax files and (2) archiving & records management requests

  • Working knowledge of necessary administrative support tasks to provide backup for the administrative assistant to the VP

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required

  • 2 years of work experience

  • Associates degree preferred

  • Data modeling and analytical skills

  • Advanced/Expert level Microsoft Office skills
