This position exists to accelerate the successful implementation of the IP Leadership I and II programs for all global business and staff groups. This position reports to the Director, Global Performance and Development.
Lead IP Leadership Program champions and facilitators in addressing bottlenecks and limitations to program implementation; develop change management approaches as needed
Serve as a DDI Master Trainer and Program Leader/Facilitator for the IP Leadership Development programs.
Coach and develop IPL I&II program facilitators
Consult with business leaders to address leadership/organizational development needs as requested.
Design and improve IP Leadership program content and processes
Design and implement improved measures of program success; coordinate ongoing tracking of progress.
Provide support to HR Leadership in planning and executing the First Line Leader Excellence Initiative.
Drive improved execution of the Performance & Development Roadmap process through training and change initiatives
DESIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILL SET
Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree (preferred)
Seven years of work experience in leadership role including training delivery & leadership development
Demonstrated abilities in designing creative learning and development initiatives
Ability to think strategically and be a hands on contributor
Ability to work with ambiguity in a complex, fast-paced environment
Possesses a strong results orientation
Flexible, creative, and can execute on ideas
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to include coaching for success/ improvement
