This position exists to accelerate the successful implementation of the IP Leadership I and II programs for all global business and staff groups. This position reports to the Director, Global Performance and Development.


  • Lead IP Leadership Program champions and facilitators in addressing bottlenecks and limitations to program implementation; develop change management approaches as needed

  • Serve as a DDI Master Trainer and Program Leader/Facilitator for the IP Leadership Development programs.

  • Coach and develop IPL I&II program facilitators

  • Consult with business leaders to address leadership/organizational development needs as requested.

  • Design and improve IP Leadership program content and processes

  • Design and implement improved measures of program success; coordinate ongoing tracking of progress.

  • Provide support to HR Leadership in planning and executing the First Line Leader Excellence Initiative.

  • Drive improved execution of the Performance & Development Roadmap process through training and change initiatives


  • Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree (preferred)

  • Seven years of work experience in leadership role including training delivery & leadership development

  • Demonstrated abilities in designing creative learning and development initiatives

  • Ability to think strategically and be a hands on contributor

  • Ability to work with ambiguity in a complex, fast-paced environment

  • Possesses a strong results orientation

  • Flexible, creative, and can execute on ideas

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to include coaching for success/ improvement
