The Marketing Services team provides creative and branding consultation, graphic design, video production and print and website management for International Paper. The coordinator role is responsible for maintaining a high level of service and ensuring quality products are produced in a timely and cost effective manner. The role supports the marketing services team by coordinating:

  • the development of customer facing marketing materials for our core businesses,

  • the support of internal enterprise wide initiatives

  • the creation of materials/templates and other “self-service” tools to be leveraged throughout the global enterprise

The coordinator ensures alignment across our various businesses, operating sites and staff groups relating to the IP Brand and proper use of the associated guidelines.

Key Customers:

N.A. Businesses (Industrial Packaging, Papers, Global Cellulose Fibers), Corporate and Staff functions

Key Accountabilities:

  • Oversees project coordination: job request process, budgets, assigning resources, data collection, quality, execution

  • Assists the Manager in tracking planning and reporting on all aspects of project development and implementation for various customers

  • Coordinates efforts within the creative services team across all media outlets (print, digital, video): copy, design, production, brand review, client review

  • Develops and maintains schedules and work flow: content, design, client review, production schedules

  • Develops and maintains external vendor relationships and collaborates with in-house creative team and external agencies

  • Coordinates efforts to develop new tracking tools, self-service tools and a digital asset management system

Knowledge and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree (marketing, business, etc.)

At least 4 years relevant business experience

Demonstrate technical aptitude

Computer skills (Microsoft Office suite, Adobe a plus)
