We are looking for motivated individuals who are capable of performing a multitude of functions in a flexible, fast-paced production environment. Our workplace requires individuals who understand the needs of the business while maintaining a focus on safety, customer satisfaction, quality and productivity.
Successful candidates must be available to work 2nd Shift (3pm-11pm) or 3rd Shift (11pm-7am), Weekends & Overtime when necessary. At times, employees are required to work overtime without notice. The facility is not climate controlled. Hearing, eye protection and steel toe safety shoes are required.
The Palletizer/Bander Operator is responsible for all aspects of preparing finished product for storage and/or shipping. Starting hourly rate is $15.91/Hr, after 90 Day Probabtion pay will increase to $20.21/hr + $0.33 off shift differential is added.
These activities include but are not limited to:
Complies with established job safety practices, policies, and procedures as specified in plant, including: PPE, ZES, PIT/PED safety
Performs duties as required to insure compliance with the plants quality standards
Operate forklift to transport materials as needed
Stages and maintains packaging materials and follows correct packaging/banding procedures
Must have strong organizational skills to be able to prioritize duties to keep the conveyor lines moving
Must perform routine maintenance and general housekeeping
To be able to safely load poly-strapping
Individuals must possess the following qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Desire and motivation to work in a team-based environment
Ability to accurately use and read measuring devices
Good Communication Skills required
Organized and pays attention to detail
Lift truck experience preferred, but not required.
Must be able to handle repetitive motions frequently
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
